Did Bush do more to ensure America's peace and security than Obama has or ever will?

I'm not sure Bush would be concerned peaceful, but how about Nixon? He actually STOPPED the vietnam war, but got nothing for that. I know about watergate, but still HE STOPPED A WAR! Now that was actually an extreme peaceful thing to do, not a talk about peace.
