Hi! im going to dom rep tonight,and i ave to use tampons in the water, do they really work good in water??

I think they do, but it depends when you put it in and which type you get. To be I would put it in when you go and get the kinds that when you put one in it larges and spreads out like erfly wings or tampax pearl where they have a leak guard protection.
