Did you know that...?

Not every government of the world controls all of its national territory? I'm very surprised to learn that lots of areas of the world are controlled by tribal leaders and elders and that sometimes warlords have control too, Pakistan and Somalia are two examples. Does anyone know if these areas are lawless or stable? xxxx
