Does she want to just stay friends?

This girl and I have been hanging out for just over a month. WE usually go out to eat, and i see her once/twice a week. Now i know I've only hung out with her like 8 - 9 times, but we casually dated about a year ago. Anyways after a date i give her a hug, and sometimes a kiss on the cheek. About a week ago she told me to kiss her and it was a great kiss. Since then I've given obvious signs that I'm interested in her, "when can i see you again?" "I'm glad we started to hang out again", and such. Well it's always me having to call her for plans, and I've tried to not call for 4-5 days to see if she would call and she never did. I don't want to bluntly ask her for fear that it'll weird everything up. I'm 26, she's 27 so we're both mature. She is such a great girl, but unfortunately I don't think I could maintain a friendship with someone I care for so much who doesn't feel the same way. I know there isn't any easy answer, im just venting.
