What are the positive influences of France in the Philippines, South East Asia given that?
the French occupation nearby in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, South East Asia didn't result the inhabitants into becoming Roman Catholics, as opposed to Spanish occupation of the Philippines resulting the inhabitants into becoming Roman Catholics?
