How would you make something like this...? Hemp...?

Suppose that you were making a pattern that requires 4 pieces of hemp. You would add extra strings to each strand. So if you used 4 strings for every 1 you would end up with 16 strings and each strand would be made of 4 strings. Then you would just make it using the pattern you wanted. Sorry this is confusing, i don'tt really know how to explain it but It i do know what your talking about. Hope that this helps
