How to get skate fish stain out?

My boyfriend is an offshore fisherman and he took my favorite sweatshirt offshore with him... they use skate as bait and he got it all over it... What can I do to get the stain out, I tried oxy clean borax regular laundry detergent baking soda and it still wont come out please help me :(
