I want to go into nursing but I only took 2 years of science at my high school?

Help! I'm graduating in may, and i want to go into nursing but I only took 2 years of science at my high school i but i have lots of experience in health care, i help take care of both my grandmother who has reumatoid arthritis, and my sister who has cerebral palsy, i administer her medication through a G- tube in her stomach. So i have lots of heath care experience. so will it be impossible for me to get in a nursing program. Please this is urgent I need help!
