Does this effect my weight lost program?

i am 40 lbs overweight,so recently i went to a nutritionist for a diet plan,and he gave me one and told me to walk in the morning and evening for 30 mins..and i am doing this for the past 2 weeks and having some result..but He also told me to drink warm water and stay away from refrigerated water..but since its very hot and humid in my country during this time of the year i couldn't follow his this advice and been drinking refrigerated water sometimes..my question is will this hamper my weight loss?
