Does he like me, and/or could be a stalker?

this guy he lives down the street frum me and i hang at the libary once and a while to use the computers ther and when im here he always comes and plops his self rite on the seat rite next to me punches me sends me ignorant e-mails like f*** u then sends one sayin i was jk and and we went on a trip and once agin he ploped his self (this time behind me but still) rite behind me and i have my hand on the top of the seat trying to hold on and starts messing with the seat belts hitting my hand then on the way back hes peeking his head thorough the crack between the window and the seat trying to sleep but so obviously staring at me breathing heavy. and frum whut ive heard hes a freak. he stalked theese 2 gurls before and he gets really obsesive im really scred help
