Why does it seem that all stores in the bronx are predominantly spanish runned?

It's like these stores are owned by Jewish people but they are ran by spanish, indian, and other races except black and white. And not only that, these spanish and indian people ONLY hire their own. Rarely you will see one black or white person working in any store in the bronx nowadays. Is it just me?
