When coaching 7th grd girls how in the world do you..?

get them to keep their lips zipped? My team this year is very chatty it's hard to get things done when I am always waiting for them to quite down or get done doing their "punishments" for too much talking. Does anyone have any good ideas for helping them keep it zipped?
