See if you think this employee can sue Home Depot for reverse discrimination?

That's a pretty sad story, I must say. Sad enough to cause my reconsideration where I buy materials. And of course he can sue. You can sue over anything anymore but I believe his cause would be slightly more honorable than the average lawsuit. And if he does and doesn't win, I'm sure there's a Lowe's that would gladly take in his business- if they haven't already.
