I need help dealing with a workplace situation involving a guy I used to have some feelings for.?

Wow! The fact that u once had feelings for someone doesn't mean that there needs to be a parade in honor of that. It just means that ur allowed to find people intersting and curious as to what could be. Most single people including myself deal with that regularly. No big deal. The fact is, is that we must learn to harness that which we believe, (no so much feel) is in accordance with where we are in life and where we want to be. When u find that piece of ur puzzle it's highly recommended that u hold on to that piece until further notice. Moreover, it's very practical to feel somewhat unsure of how to approach a situation of this nature. The fact is, people need to remember that they have the choice to redefine their relations at any given point on any given day. Redfine ur realtions with this guy and approach him accordingly.
