Do you guys think the 2006 Adam Sandler film "Click" should of been less serious?

I actually kinda wanted Click to be sorta of the traditional Adam Sandler comedy like Billy Madison and Happy Gillmore. Dont get me wrong, i loved Click but what could be funnier then Billy Madison with a remote that could freeze time. The film was way too serious.
